A registered architect with over 20 years of industry experience, including a concentration on operations, Nicole is NELSON’s Chief Operating Officer. Her career has been dedicated to leading operations with a focus on holistic project delivery, encompassing leadership in systems, project management, resource allocation, and risk/claims management. Nicole’s passion and commitment to a well-managed design process has consistently resulted in successful outcomes, driven by quality relationships, clear communication, and exceptional service. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from North Dakota State University and is the current Chair of AIA Minnesota’s Council of Firms and a member of the Licensing Task Force formed by the AIA Minnesota Board.
