Asset Strategy
Tracey serves in a technical and mentoring role for the Asset Strategy practice, reviewing more than 500 sets of construction documents each year from a QAQC perspective. She has extensive experience with all aspects of planning and design as well as in managing clients and design teams. She enjoys the mentoring aspects of her role, assisting with the onboarding and training of new hires while continually mentoring and teaching younger designers. Her motto is simple, “Be available,” and she enjoys communicating the “why” behind a process or approach.
