Kathleen Jordan brings more than 30 years of experience shaping some of the world’s most influential retail environments. She partners with practice leadership to drive growth, delivery excellence, and future-ready retail solutions. In her role at NELSON, she is charged with strengthening our ability to deliver innovative, future-ready solutions for our clients while elevating the experience we provide to consumers and communities alike. Previously, she led store design, planning, and construction for the Neiman Marcus Group and spent over two decades at Gensler as a Principal and Firmwide Retail Practice Leader, guiding award-winning flagships, large-format retail, and global prototype rollouts.
