Steve is a registered architect with 30 years of leadership experience delivering complex hospitality, entertainment, workplace, and transportation projects. He has managed more than $1B in resort and gaming developments, including large-scale expansions and renovations from concept through construction, and spent 11 years as an Architecture Principal at Daroff Design + DDI Architects. Known for his strengths in team building, client collaboration, and project execution, Steve has led multidisciplinary teams and consistently driven successful outcomes, repeat business, and strong client relationships across diverse, high-profile programs.
