Julian Andrade is a California-licensed architect and brings 25 years of experience to NELSON’s Civic & Justice practice. He has led complex public sector, civic, justice, education, sacred space, and adaptive-reuse projects, including state office buildings and county emergency operations centers. A U.S. Army veteran and President of the AIA Central Valley Chapter, Julian brings a collaborative, service-driven approach to project delivery, team leadership, and client partnership. His work is grounded in technical excellence, mentorship, and a commitment to creating spaces that support communities and public service.
