As an international criminal justice and behavioral health therapist, Cristi brings more than a decade of leadership experience at the intersection of justice, healthcare, and community systems. With a career spanning executive consulting, business development, and strategic growth roles for nationally recognized organizations, Cristi’s unique background—anchored in a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from Southern Illinois University—makes her especially attuned to the evolving needs of civic and justice clients. Her work in designing and implementing clinical programs has supported the continuum of rehabilitation and reintegration of citizens into communities across the US.
