Jessica brings more than 15 years of experience leading enterprise digital transformation, AI/ML strategy, and IT/OT integration initiatives across global industrial organizations. Most recently, she served as IT/OT Data Management Business Process Director at Dow, where she led enterprise AI and advanced analytics initiatives focused on operational optimization, predictive intelligence, and industrial generative AI solutions.
Jessica’s background in technology innovation, data strategy, and AI-enabled transformation aligns strongly with NELSON’s continued strategic focus in these areas, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the team.
