We created a new corporate headquarters for Exotic Metals to accommodate their expanding business. As part of our engagement, we led Exotic through a programming process to modernize how teams were organized and how work was produced.
The new building features a three-level employee break space and flexible open office space with views to the adjacent wetland. Storefront windows make the production floor visible from the lobby, connecting customers to the creation process.
This family-owned organization is responsible for engineering and manufacturing vital systems for almost every commercial airline and military aircraft in active service today. The building, materials, and interior spaces reinforce the company’s values around vision, excellence, and employee growth.
