Julian brings 25 years of experience leading complex public-sector, civic, justice, education, and community-focused projects. A California-licensed architect and U.S. Army veteran, he is known for combining design leadership, technical rigor, and project delivery expertise across highly visible, technically demanding work.

Julian currently serves as President of the AIA Central Valley Chapter and previously served as a Planning and Design Commissioner for the City of Sacramento. We’re excited for the leadership, perspective, and delivery expertise he brings to our teams, clients, and communities.
