We partnered with Winslow Capital Management to design their new office to better accommodate new workplace standards and the needs of their employees. Their previous workspace was outdated and too spread out, limiting collaboration. Our team worked on a solution to update the company’s image and bring employees together.
The new office features a much more collaborative space with glass walls, more access to natural light, and modern amenities. Guests enter through a large reception area, surrounded by a series of conference rooms. The employee–facing wing consists of standard private offices, an open plan desk area, huddle rooms, and a centrally located, large, multi-purpose conference room. The design aesthetic is a neutral palette of white, gray, and beige which emphasizes the existing architecture and high ceilings, while allowing for their impressive art collection to take center stage.
