We provided complete design services for this 107,200 square-foot facility to house some of the most cutting-edge technology available in the wholesale baking industry for Turano Baking Company. Located in Villa Rica, Georgia, this century-old, family owned business started as a small bake shop in Chicago and has expanded into five state-of-the-art baking facilities across the country.
It features over 66,000 square feet of space for production, 18,000 square feet of freezer space, as well as office space. The exterior walls of the freezer and cold docks are insulated with metal panels, while the production and office space walls are non-insulated, tilt-up concrete panels. The building is designed for future expansion to include additional production lines.
