We partnered with Tricentis, an Austrian technology company, to create a new workspace that would address a variety of challenges they were facing. The company was competing for talent, experiencing changes in their demographic needs, lacking expansion space, and implementing new workflow needs, all while merging with a sister company and going through a rebrand.
Located in the uptown commercial and residential district of Buckhead in downtown Atlanta, Tricentis’ new workspace is in the heart of the action at Peachtree Road in the Monarch Tower. Spread across approximately 21,000 square feet, the new office accommodates all departments on a single floor with inboard private offices, open work stations, open and private collaborative spaces, conference rooms, phone rooms, and quiet study halls. Additionally, a large multipurpose room adjoins the break room and features movable doors that allow for town hall meetings and other large gatherings.
Our design enhances the way Tricentis uses their space. The new office seamlessly merges their teams, provides additional spaces and features specific to their culture, and allows them to continue to grow as a company. It captures the essence of the new brand and provides a flexible, high-performance workspace for employees.
