When Unilev sought to transform Wells Fargo Place’s outdated interior and underutilized lobby, they envisioned more than just a renovation; they aimed to enhance the building’s appeal and tenant experience in downtown St. Paul. NELSON Worldwide took on the challenge with enthusiasm and strategic vision, delivering a comprehensive redesign of the lobby, conference center, tenant lounge, and exterior patio throughout 2022.

The project focused on revitalizing the space through intentional tenant engagement and thoughtful design. The updated lobby now features a variety of seating arrangements and design elements that create distinct, functional areas. Custom features like a warm LED light wall and a hanging sculpture enhance the space’s inviting atmosphere, while the color palette complements the existing architecture.

The conference center was redesigned to meet modern meeting and collaboration needs, offering a range of spaces including training rooms, boardrooms, and huddle rooms. Advanced furniture and AV solutions ensure a seamless, immersive experience for tenants.

This renovation marks a pivotal moment in Wells Fargo Place’s evolution, showcasing a successful partnership between Unilev and NELSON. The project not only meets functional requirements but also fosters a vibrant, community-oriented environment, setting a benchmark for future workplace designs.
