Our design team transformed the top ten floors of the iconic office tower into luxury residences, creating contemporary condominiums that now rank as the highest residential floors in the city of Philadelphia. The project required extensive reconfiguration of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure to accommodate the new residential layouts. Units were designed to meet the high expectations of a very specialized market. Departing from the classical interiors that characterize much of Philadelphia, the design emphasizes timeless sophistication and luxury reminiscent of Manhattan.
