Tasman Square is a two-building complex totaling 224,000 square feet in northern San Jose, California. The goal for this project was to transform, unify, and modernize two dated buildings that were segregated by an extensive parking lot.
New building entries and large-scale aluminum address numbers improve the wayfinding on the exterior and a lobby renovation for the interior. The lobby features a new double-height space, restroom upgrades, and a break room/all-hands area with folding doors that open into the new outdoor living areas. With an updated landscape and amenity improvements, the courtyard square is now a seamless extension of the interior.
