SPINS, a leading provider of data, analytics, and industry-defining insights for the CPG and grocery industry, sought a space that embodied their culture of innovation and transparency. The space would not only be their main campus; it would also be a gathering space for the industry; a physical place of collaboration and growth. Our design solution focused on creating an inviting atmosphere that fostered connection and nurtured creativity.

A communicating stair is at the heart of the design, serving as a central architectural feature while enhancing connectivity between floors.

In support of this highly mobile, yet hybrid workforce, the workplace embraces a bold seat-sharing strategy: accommodating a headcount of 500+ with just 200 seats. This significant ratio not only reflects SPINS’ commitment to agility and digital-first operations but also signals a deliberate shift from assigned space to intentional presence. Every work point, meeting zone, and shared space is designed for maximum flexibility and function, empowering employees to choose where and how they work, while optimizing the organization’s real estate investment.

By strategically investing in high-impact areas, we created an environment that supports the client’s mission while staying within the client’s budget. This project stands as a testament to our ability to design compelling, efficient spaces that align with our clients’ evolving needs, turning challenges into opportunities and creating workplaces that enhance productivity, wellness, and connection.
