Continuing our partnership with Sovos, we worked together to bring their vision of a smaller, more flexible workspace with meeting and touchdown spaces that hybrid staff could utilize in addition to the building amenity spaces, to life.
This vibrant new workspace was designed with connection at its core, creating an environment that draws people together and fosters collaboration. Upon entry, long sightlines guide visitors to a central social hub that provides informal work and dining settings.
The layout is intentionally fluid, with all spaces leading back to this central point. Large and small meeting areas feature glazed walls with bold black accents, framing these spaces and providing transparency. A quieter work zone, outfitted with library-style worktables and private touchdown areas, overlooks a serene rooftop garden, offering a tranquil retreat for focused work. Varied soft seating lines a glass corridor, supporting informal interactions and alternative work styles.
Positioned in a prime spot with abundant natural light and adaptable settings, the space supports hybrid work, encouraging collaboration and flexibility. As a result, it has become a highly desirable destination, enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and making the commute worthwhile.
