This 266,000 SF, three-story, shell and core building was a build-to-suit project created for Seagen/Pfizer, a global life science research and pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Located in Bothell, Washington, the facility will serve as a central hub for Seagen/Pfizer’s cutting-edge research and development efforts. Designed with sustainability in mind, the building incorporates advanced energy-efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials. The new state-of-the-art facility, which includes extensive laboratory spaces, collaborative work areas, and specialized manufacturing zones, will be one of the first of its kind in the state of Washington, further solidifying the region’s reputation as a burgeoning center for biotech innovation.
