The urban renovation also serves as a vibrant, energetic setting for young and talented artists who have been putting off their dreams due to pricey rent and high entry barriers. To complement the dedication to urban renewal, our team put recycling and reformation at the forefront, highlighting the character and architectural design of the existing structure.
