Cornerstone, a NELSON Worldwide Company, provided design and construction services for Quala’s new terminal in Savannah, Georgia, spanning 9.67 acres. The facility includes a modern 36,290 SF building, reflecting Quala’s continued expansion in the bulk transportation industry beyond tank wash services. Key features include four maintenance bays, two food-grade bays, and four chemical cleaning bays designed with cutting-edge environmental safety technologies. The terminal also houses 6,950 SF of office space, along with a 2,152 SF trucker’s lounge, break room, and restrooms, enhancing operational efficiency and comfort for staff and drivers alike.
