Making its debut in the Midwest, our team helped to design and develop Primark’s first Chicago store located on iconic State Street. The 36,600 square-foot store spans over three floors of men, women, and kids apparel, in addition to footwear and home goods.
Celebrating the region’s rich history, our team developed a variety of architectural moments that pay homage to the city’s industrial roots. Inside the store, exposed ceilings, beams, and bricks mimic an old subway station while steel finishes and tube lighting offer a more polished aesthetic.
The store’s exterior facade was painted to match the brand’s signature colors and a blue awning fitted with neon LED lights was installed to create a bold entrance that stands out in the urban backdrop, especially at night.
