OFS Showroom – Empire State Building
Refining a vision for a high-impact, high-elevation workspace
As the Architect of Record, NELSON delivered full Construction Documents (CDs) and Construction Administration (CA) services for OFS’s new showroom on the 59th floor—this elevated, high-visibility space called for precision, creativity, and close collaboration. Working in partnership with the OFS design team, we refined the design intent to ensure their vision was both honored and elevated. The result is a sophisticated, vibrant environment that reflects OFS’s brand and our shared commitment to design excellence.
