Cornerstone, a NELSON Worldwide Company, completed the renovation of Modern Optical International’s 31,415 SF facility, which includes a 19,017 SF warehouse and 12,398 SF of professional office space. The family-owned business, an industry leader in value-oriented eyewear, required upgrades to its warehouse and office areas.
The warehouse now features a 1,200 SF employee breakroom with a modern kitchen and seating area, new electrical and plumbing systems, updated HVAC, sprinkler systems, epoxy flooring, dock doors, and a second-floor balcony offering visual access to the operations below.
The office space includes newly designed executive offices with custom millwork, an open floor plan for cubicles, a second-floor kitchenette, bathroom upgrades, conference room enhancements, and modernized office spaces, providing a dynamic and functional work environment for their team.
