Midtown Crossing was one of the first projects to be submitted under the Green Building Certification Institute’s (GBCI) pilot program for LEED Neighborhood Development and has achieved LEED for Neighborhood Stage 2 Certification, which represents full certification of the neighborhood development plan. Fifteen acres of development encompassing three city blocks is comprised of seven new mixed-use buildings, three parking structures, a new public streetscape, and the complete renovation of an existing city park.
