In partnership with London Jewelers, NELSON Worldwide served as the Architect of Record for a new luxury watch boutique in Manhasset, New York. Located within Americana Manhasset, the 2,300 SF space reflects the client’s signature design language while seamlessly integrating with the broader London Jewelers portfolio.
Working closely with both the client’s internal design team and London Jewelers, our role centered on executing their precise vision while navigating the technical realities of the site.
Attention to detail was paramount. The client’s determination to maintain symmetry and exact proportions meant reworking structural elements—including relocating columns and modifying fire-rated walls—to achieve a flawless layout. Every design decision balanced luxury aesthetics with compliance, from concealing fire safety equipment within custom cabinetry to coordinating invisible egress paths that met code without compromising visual elegance.
The storefront, designed to rise higher than its neighbors, establishes a bold presence for the brand and reflects the ongoing transformation of London Jewelers’ surrounding properties. Inside, refined finishes, clean lines, and meticulous detailing highlight their timeless brand identity, while hidden infrastructure ensures a polished, distraction-free customer experience.
