Faced with rapid growth, Kahua sought to expand their workspace within a highly sought-after mixed-use development in Alpharetta. The goal was to create an inviting, tech-savvy space that nurtures collaboration, reflects their brand identity, and energizes employees. Taking over an additional floor in their current building, the new design emphasizes flexibility, innovation, and employee well-being.
Inspired by the Hawaiian meaning of their name, “foundation,” the design integrates wave-like elements in custom lighting, surfboards, backsplash tiles, and acoustic baffles, symbolizing movement and energy. Branded industrial tables with “K”-shaped legs and logos further amplify their unique identity.
The expansion features a variety of work areas, including collaboration spaces, large training rooms, and private zones, all promoting workplace flexibility. Highlights include the Innovation Room, equipped with advanced technology and inspiring lighting fixtures, and the Social Hub, a dynamic collaboration space featuring a custom putting green and foosball table.
The result is a vibrant, brand-driven office expansion that fosters collaboration, creativity, and connection, setting a new standard for employee and client experiences.
