We were tasked with delivering the new Forsyth County Courthouse and Jail. Our team worked cohesively with multiple stakeholders in the community including the county, courts, and sheriff’s offices to create a progressive and efficient facility that would meet all standards, while addressing the county’s growing needs and improving security.
Our design solution provides multiple opportunities for imminent and future growth with vacant spaces on each floor and room for expansion on-site. Our addition of a bridge connecting the courthouse to the jail allows safe transport between both facilities.
As a result of our work on this facility, Forsyth County continues to engage us for their county improvement projects.
