This 155-acre multi-tenant suppliers manufacturing campus was designed to house twelve Ford auto makers, the first of its kind in the nation, with its close proximity to the local company’s assembly plant and its innovative flexible automation manufacturing robotics. This Brownfield site nestles itself in the south side of Chicago off Torrence Ave. The site required environmental remediation to make it suitable to build as it was used as a dumping ground for waste materials produced by industrial and chemical operations on adjacent properties. The plant still operates to this day providing new automotive products & versatile manufacturing techniques. It includes four buildings totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet of manufacturing and office space and employs approximately 5,800 locals.
