A single large employee hub forms the heart of the office, which seats 200 people, offers striking city views, and is directly adjacent to a 3,500 square-foot rooftop deck for socializing, relaxing, and resting. Vertical circulation connects each floor and promotes mobility and impromptu collaboration. Utilizing an architectural wall system for all offices was a key element in introducing more flexibility, as well as creating a single size universal office and workstation.
