The overall goal of this project was clear: Create a shift in how the office is used given the prevalence of hybrid work. First and foremost, the new space had to be a place that people are eager to visit plus provide access to an environment and technology not available in remote locations.
Amenity spaces were designed with dayparting in mind, to allow seating for overflow and to accommodate after-hours events with clients. The new space, which takes up three and a half floors and features stunning 360-degree views of the city, reinforces the company culture with comfortable and engaging spaces, a variety of connection points, and a more residential feel.
