A solar-ready roof aligns with sustainable building practices and provides the opportunity for future energy efficiency improvements. The project also includes a 5,319 SF office buildout, designed to support the administrative functions of Penske. This facility enhances Penske’s ability to operate effectively and sustainably, showcasing a commitment to innovative design and environmental responsibility.
