We helped deliver this new 3,750 square-foot City Hall in Berkeley Lake, Georgia. Our goal was to effectively combine the city’s administrative offices, a dual-purpose meeting room for city council and the public, and incorporate an emergency supply and communications area.
The exterior blends with the wooded, residential character of the community, taking advantage of the site’s proximity and view of Lake Berkeley. Our team’s design solutions offer the flexibility to accommodate a variety of community meetings and functions, as well as future expansion. In addition, the project utilizes sustainable building practices, including LEED principles, to minimize the facility’s impact on the environment and reduce long-term maintenance and operation costs.
