Angeline is an award-winning Michael Symon’s dining experience. The restaurant was fit out in an existing restaurant space at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, creating a completely new vision, focusing on family dining with classic Italian aesthetics that give ode to simple, inspired Italian food. Chef Symon’s Sicilian roots are part of this culinary story.
Attention to detail can be seen throughout the 10,000 SF restaurant, including the featured bar that is visible from the entry and the dining room, the carving station, the private dining room, the views into the kitchen, and the wine room.
