This 193-key boutique hotel in Fayetteville, Georgia, occupies a 135,000-square-foot site and features a signature restaurant, a rooftop bar, and over 17,000 square feet of event spaces, including a culinary studio. Trilith Guesthouse offers an immersive experience with subtle storytelling elements throughout, ensuring each visit feels like a new adventure.

Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal: Newly renovated lobby of 50 South Sixth incorporates boutique hotel designs

The 50 South Sixth office building in downtown Minneapolis recently underwent a lobby renovation, bringing the amenity space up to par with other Class A office buildings in the area. The building’s management firm, Mapletree US Management, hired Minneapolis-based Nelson Worldwide to lead the lobby overhaul. The space hadn’t been updated since the building opened 2001, according to a design statement from the architecture firm.

Work Design Magazine: Repositioning a Historic Century-Old Building in Minneapolis

NELSON Worldwide partnered with Asana Partners to revitalize the historic Colonial Warehouse in Minneapolis, MN. The project focused on transforming the building’s 3,500 SF ground-floor lounge and upper-level corridors, blending modern amenities with the building’s industrial charm. With features like a speakeasy-inspired lounge, reimagined seating areas, and reclaimed historical elements, the space now offers tenants both functionality and a nod to the building’s heritage.
