A few years ago, OnSolve chose to relocate from Ormond Beach, Florida, to take part in Atlanta’s growing technology scene. The firm – which offers crisis management software to clients in the public and private sectors – opened into its 21,141-square-foot office in Avalon in Alpharetta in November.
“If I didn’t have three dogs, two cats, and kids, I would buy one of those Avalon houses behind Oak Steakhouse and Colletta. I’ve be a happy camper,” – CEO Mark Herrington.

Inc.: How To Redesign Your Office For Hybrid Work
In a recent article with Inc., teammate Nicole Zack discussed how there’s a broad shift in workplaces now designing for mental health. She explained that workplaces are looking more like “small-scale luxury spas with transformative lighting and sound machines, even salt therapy rooms.”
Additionally, Zack explained that offices are increasingly incorporating group fitness rooms, Peloton studios, “zen pods”, and even no-tech, library spaces. At Asana, where I work, we’ve designed new dedicated wellness zones that promote mindfulness and taking breaks, as well as a rooftop garden that capitalizes on the research that shows that spending time in nature reduces stress.
