Boston architect Haril Pandya, FAIA, Managing Director of NELSON Worldwide’s Boston studio, says the commercial real estate industry is on turning point and something great is going to come out.

Florida YIMBY: Toby And Leon Cooperman Medical Arts Pavilion to open early 2024 in Boca Raton, FL

Thanks to a generous donation from philanthropists Toby and Leon Cooperman, Boca Raton Regional Hospital will soon be home to the “Toby and Leon Cooperman Medical Arts Pavilion.” Ideally, it will open its doors in early 2024. NELSON Worldwide, the architect, has shared conceptual renderings with various media outlets. Renderings show a mid-rise building with courtyards, outdoor seating, and native tree landscaping.
