We’re excited to welcome Doug Roeder, RA, EDAC, NCARB, as Practice Strategy Leader in our Healthcare Practice.

With more than 30 years of experience, Doug has guided healthcare projects of every scale across the country—including academic medical centers, cancer care facilities, ambulatory care clinics, and acute care hospitals. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning and design through occupancy and post-occupancy evaluation, always with a focus on creating patient-centered, evidence-based, and operationally efficient environments.

Beyond healthcare, Doug has also contributed to an impressive portfolio of work in higher education, civic, federal, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial facilities. Known for his collaborative and hands-on leadership style, he thrives on working shoulder-to-shoulder with teams. He believes the best outcomes are achieved through open dialogue, shared expertise, and mutual respect.
