With a strong background in project management consulting, Eric has led high-performing teams, overseen new development projects across corporate office, hospitality, and industrial markets, and played a key role in hospitality repositioning efforts throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean. Eric’s expertise in business development, operations, and full-service project management will be a tremendous asset to our team and clients.
A licensed architect and NCARB-certified professional, Elizabeth brings extensive experience managing national portfolios of mixed-use and multifamily projects ranging from 5 to 500 units. She has led multiple teams of architects, engineers, and designers, overseeing commercial projects across hospitality, restaurant, and retail sectors. As the co-founder of a develop-design-build company, she has a deep understanding of project execution from concept to completion.
Together, they will play a pivotal role in strengthening our capabilities and expanding our presence in the dynamic Chicago Workplace market.
