Jessica is an accomplished IT, Design Technology, and Operations leader with more than two decades of experience driving innovation across architecture, technology, and operations. She leads digital transformation initiatives, research and development, and strategic training programs that enhance design delivery and team performance. In previous leadership roles, Jessica has a strong track record of merging architectural insight with operational strategy. She holds a Master of Architecture from Georgia Tech, a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Tongji University, and Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing from Mississippi State. Jessica is also a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and ITMLE executive who is passionate about inclusive leadership and the future of AI in design.
