By: NELSON Worldwide
We’re excited to announce that Cristi M. Glenn has joined NELSON Worldwide as Practice Strategy Leader for Civic & Justice.
Cristi will work with Practice Strategy Leaders David Crotty and Brad Ewing to guide our Civic & Justice vision forward, strengthening our position in the market and collaborating across disciplines to deliver design that unlocks long-term value for public agencies and the people they serve.
As an international criminal justice and behavioral health therapist, Cristi brings more than a decade of leadership experience at the intersection of justice, healthcare, and community systems. This allows us to meet a critical market need in our Civic & Justice and Healthcare practices.
With a career spanning executive consulting, business development, and strategic growth roles for nationally recognized organizations, most recently Cristi served as Principal for Justice in the U.S. at NORR, and prior to that, she was Business Development Leader for Justice + Civic at DLR Group. Her earlier roles include leadership positions at Corizon Health and the International Community Corrections Association, where she advanced initiatives focused on holistic, human-centered justice environments.
Cristi’s unique background—anchored in a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from Southern Illinois University—makes her especially attuned to the evolving needs of civic and justice clients. Her work in designing and implementing clinical programs has supported the continuum of rehabilitation and reintegration of citizens into communities across the US.
She brings experience collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams to advance design, achieve the complex needs of programs, operations, and security, and ensure operational fidelity in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
