Anthony Juliano has joined NELSON as Senior Project Manager, Mixed-Use. Anthony will oversee the successful completion of projects throughout the Northeast, ensuring objectives are being met while mentoring and encouraging teammates and cultivating positive and productive client relationships.
Anthony has more than thirty years of experience managing projects that span across healthcare, workplace, multifamily, and mixed-use, including the Newport Office Center, The Aguablu, The Laguna, The Embankment House, and 2 Shore – all located in the Newport District of Jersey City, New Jersey. Over the span of his career, Anthony’s responsibilities have included design implementation, construction drawings and administration, client coordination, and more, championing projects over the finish line that are on time and within budget.
Drawn to the firm’s ability to develop thoughtfully crafted, visually appealing designs that allow for individual expression rather than a prescribed aesthetic, Anthony looks forward to actualizing the team’s visions in the region and fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
