We’re excited to announce that Nathan Scheidt has joined NELSON Worldwide as National Practice Strategy Leader for Mixed-Use.
Nathan will partner closely with the practice leadership team to advance our Mixed-Use vision, strengthen our market position, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, experience-driven environments that create long-term value for clients and communities.
With more than two decades dedicated to shaping the architectural landscape, Nathan brings deep expertise in intentional, client-focused design. An Atlanta native, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Polytechnic State University before completing his master’s degree at Cornell University. His career spans impactful years in New York followed by a return to Atlanta, where he most recently served as a Practice Area Leader and Project Director at Gensler.
Throughout his career, Nathan has led a wide range of influential mixed-use developments, consistently earning the trust and repeat partnership of clients through his commitment to design excellence, collaboration, and innovation. He believes that strong relationships form the foundation of every great project, and his leadership has guided clients through large, complex programs while ensuring each development contributes positively to the communities it serves.
