TORONTO (Sept. 10, 2025) – NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, has recognized MaryVictoria Montanari, national market leader, hospitality, NELSON Worldwide, with its prestigious 2025 Developing Leaders Award.

As the national market leader, hospitality, for NELSON Worldwie, Montanari devises the go-to-market strategy for the entire hospitality studio, including hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, sports and entertainment projects across the U.S. In this role, she generates and manages approximately $5 million worth of pipeline each year. Montanari is a member of NAIOP Greater Philadelphia and a committee member for the chapter’s Battle of the Bands event.

One of four young professionals to receive NAIOP’s honor this year, Montanari was recognized during an awards ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at NAIOP’s CRE.Converge conference in Toronto.

Established in 2006, the Developing Leaders Award is given to young industry professionals from across NAIOP’s chapter network in all sectors of commercial real estate. The annual award honors exceptional professionals under the age of 35 for their remarkable professional accomplishments, strong leadership and significant community involvement.
