Angeline is an award-winning Michael Symon’s dining experience. The restaurant was fit out in an existing restaurant space at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, creating a completely new vision, focusing on family dining with classic Italian aesthetics that give ode to simple, inspired Italian food. Chef Symon’s Sicilian roots are part of this culinary story.
