Our team provided interior design services for this new ground-up Loews hotel. The property, located in Atlanta’s cultural center, includes 414 guest rooms, 44 suites, 34,000 sq. ft. of event space, a 90 seat bar and a 70 seat restaurant. The design team selected a neutral palette of sophisticated interior finishes with a one-of-a-kind art installation featuring Atlanta artists to create a uniquely local ambiance celebrating the hotel’s anchor in the center of Atlanta’s art and cultural district. Designers drew inspiration from Atlanta’s exciting, upscale contemporary Midtown area, in details such as the hotel’s internally-illuminated column covers, which are evocative of concert grand piano keys, and rich wood finishes reminiscent of concert musical instruments.
