Chucko – Essex Burger is a transformative restaurant concept that allows the space to function as a breakfast spot in the morning, Eggy Weggy. For lunch and dinner, travelers have their choice between ramen (Chuko) or delicious burgers (Essex Burger). Both are local NYC-based favorites that now have an airport presence at the new LaGuardia Terminal C.
The transformation from morning to afternoon happens with changing globe signage at the concourse, and a transforming menu board placed over the bar.
