NELSON undertook the construction project for Panattoni Development in Marysville, WA, strategically located a few blocks off the I5 corridor. The project involved constructing a 337,026 SF speculative high-cube tilt-up concrete semi-conditioned shell warehouse. The warehouse features double-loaded loading docks on both the west and east sides, with future office nodes planned in all four corners. The building stands at a clear height of 36′, reaching 43′ at its highest parapet. Additionally, a 3,153 SF speculative tenant improvement office space was built in the southwest corner, along with designated parking stalls and semi-trailer parking areas. NELSON provided the architectural expertise, with AHBL as a structural sub-consultant.
