We were tasked with replacing a first generation, aging 1978 Regional Youth Detention Center in Cadwell, Georgia. The goal was to upgrade the space to meet today’s standards and accommodate for future needs and expansion.
Our team renovated the 27,000 square-foot building to include new medical areas, administration, classrooms, and vocational training. In addition, two new housing units and a gymnasium make up the transformation. The space also features medical offices, outdoor recreation areas, and perimeter security fencing. Our design solutions ensure capacity for future growth, new structures, and additional programming space.
