We teamed up with Rockwell Collins, a leading manufacturer of aircraft cabin interior products and services, to design a 250,000 square-foot building that would unite the company’s three local business units. The state-of-the-art industrial facility is located near the Paine Field Airport in Everett, Washington.
After analyzing the existing common areas in each separate business, we established the most effective method of consolidating shared spaces and resources for the new facility. The upgraded space combines offices, production areas, and warehouse tuned to meet their collective needs.
