Our team was tasked with converting three warehouses into a new residential mixed-use building in the downtown Cleveland Warehouse District.
We transformed the former hardware and industrial supply business, George Worthington Company, into a six-story, 96-unit facility with 33,000 square feet of commercial space on the first floor. A new exterior façade welcomes guests inside, and an insulated roof and new windows frame the building. A once underutilized courtyard now serves as a vibrant gathering space in between buildings.
Apartment buildings and a public art gallery reside within Worthington Yards, and the complex continues to grow and attract new residents and tenants.
